Learn all about our wine industry and Icewine production on the way to experience the main event of the Icewine Festival at Domaine de Grand Pre.

Once there, you’ll enjoy special savoury food and wine pairings provided by many of the local wineries as well as time to explore the vineyard by snowshoe, cozy up to the bonfire and make a grapevine wreath or meet one of the winemakers.

Then visit Fox Hill Cheese House for a cheese tasting and the Port Pub for a wine cocktail before experiencing a three course dinner at Le Caveau.

Tour departs from The Marriott Harbourfront in Halifax at 100pm and returns at 900pm.
